You have received the contact information of a mentee (first-year student) designated for you based on preferences. Please approach him/her/them in e-mail to set up an appointment for your first face to face meeting. If e-mail fails, please use phone numbers Your mentee is waiting for you to make the first step. Once you met your peer-buddy, use the time to agree a time/day for your following 1:1 meetings. Please, exchange/check additional contact information (e.g.: social media contact) so your can reach each other in the future without further difficulty. Thank you for your effort
Official orientation day is managed by the Student Secretariat Office on September 3th, 2025 for English program and the next day (Sept 4th) for the German program. On both days orientation begins at noon and ends about 3 pm. This could be also a great day for your initial face to face meeting if possible. Please, set up your first meeting anytime on the first week of September, or not later than the second week! Invite your mentee for this next week's special (members' only) fun team building event (Sept 19th, Friday) between 6:30 pm and 9 pm, at the Aula organized by the office of peer-mentoring program. Although mentees have already received an invitation for the event by the office of mentoring program in an e-mail it is nice to extend invitation in person as well, also to verify the date and time, and (if you have been in one before, talk about your experience) You may offer him/her to arrive together to the event or meet him/her right before the event. Food and drinks will be provided to make the event more pleasant.
